Held in Savannah, GA, this event was hosted by the United Methodist South Georgia Conference BMCR caucus. Dr Lightsey gave both the evening plenary address and a workshop on the subject of Black church growth.
Dr. Lightsey was the afternoon speaker for this St. Louis event, presented by the Midwest Consortium on Problem Gambling and Substance Abuse (MCPGSA) and hosted by the Missouri Alliance to Curb Problem Gambling.
The conference brought the latest knowledge in problem gambling and substance abuse research, policy, industry, therapeutic justice and treatment to the Midwest.
